Why does SQUANCH GAMES have a Gear Shop?  We’ve wanted for a very long time to take our incredibly unique style beyond the digital bounds of our games and bring it into the physical world—into things we can actually hold, wear, play with, show off, or ride.

But we quickly realized one thing: we had to do it entirely our way. Any compromise on our creative process or restrictions on our designs just wasn't going to fly. We refused to let our vision be watered down by corporate templates or outside constraints. So, true to who we are, we went out and did it ourselves!

What is a SQUANCH LIMITED product?  This is our way of designating that a product is limited, and in most cases very limited.  Once sold out it's not entirely off the table for us to reprint that exact design but it is unlikely, especially when it comes to apparel.  We do love playing with color variants so there is always a chance a design resurfaces in another colorway.  

Will limited products be restocked?  Maybe, probably not but maybe!  Some products lines we're more open to the idea, things like Shirts and other apparel are unlikely to see a restock of that exact version. 

All products have a very small portion of their stock held for replacement needs.  Once these replacements are no longer needed then those products may see an ultra limited restock to clear out those last units, we're talking 1-2. 

What shirts do we print on?  Generally if we're doing a solid color we're using Comfort Colors 1717 but we source our garments on a project-to-project basis, depending on what we're looking for to pair with our design.  Chances are you will see a variety of garments used in our shop.

How do I measure for my shirt size?  Here's a handy graphic that shows you the three measurements needed.  Use a shirt that you enjoy how it fits and find these measurements to compare to our size guide on the product listing.

Why is my skate deck order so expensive to ship?  Skate decks are awesome, they have art on them and you can even ride them, but they are big and awkward.  This makes for a very large shipping box and in turn a higher shipping rate.  

Cancelling my order - If your order has not been fulfilled then we can cancel your order for a full refund to the original payment method or as a store credit.  Please visit our customer support forum for the best service.

Updating my orders shipping address - If your order has not shipped yet and you need to update or correct your shipping adress then please visit our customer support forum for the best service.

Changing sizes on unfulfilled orders - You can update the size you order to an apparel item as long as it has not shipped yet.  Please visit our customer support forum for the best service.  Any size adjustment requests are subject to product availability.

Returns & Exchanges - Returns must be in the condition it was received and processed within 30 days of receiving the order.  Damaged, dirty, altered (tags removed), or broken products will not be accepted for returns. 

If the product is received damaged then please visit our customer support forum to process a return.  We will do our best to provide a replacement but given the limited nature of some of our products a replacement is subject to availability.  If there is no available stock then you will be offered a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit to hopefully find another awesome piece of gear!

Exchanging products - We can offer exchanges for apparel as long as there is available stock.  Given the limited nature of some of our products an exchange is subject to availability.  If there is no available stock then you will be offered a full refund to the original payment method or a store credit to hopefully find another awesome piece of gear!

Shipping policy - Our products ship from Raleigh, NC in the United States and all orders are processed and shipped with 3-5 business days, sooner in most cases outside of high volume times of the year and unless the product description states otherwise.  Once shipped Domestic orders are estimated to take 3-5 business days while international orders are estimated to take 5-8 business days.  These are only estimates and we can not guarantee exact delivery times.  This is especially true for international orders where timelines depend on your country's processing, customs, and delivery protocols.  Delivery delays are not controlled by the Squanch Games Gear Shop.

Where available, international orders ship DDP with duties and taxes paid for already.

Pre-orders - Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and not when the order ships.  If your order contains a pre-order product then the order will ship when all products are ready unless noted otherwise in the product description.

Oversells - This should be a rare occurrence but in the instance where we've oversold a product we'll contact you to provide a substitute product if available or a full refund.
